So, Leo found this bag of Rhode's rolls at the back of our freezer. I thought surely it would've expired. I swear I bought that thing like 2 years ago, but nope. We had exactly one month left before expiration. Either way, it was already open and just had a rubber band to keep it closed, so I assumed the rolls wouldn't rise at all. Oh, how I was wrong. I did let them rise for a good while (well, mostly I forgot about them and we went to church). 6 hours later, they looked like this:
They still baked up, though. And this is pretty much what we ate for dinner. We're leaving town this week, so I'm trying to get us to eat through our fridge.
P.S., I'm so in love with mint green right now.
