Top 3 Bad Habits
1. Leaving my clothes in random places- I layer up in the morning because I'm always colder in the morning and then by the time I get home in the afternoon, I'm always hot- so I tend to de-layer right as I get in the door. Which means I have jackets, sweaters, and shoes everywhere in my house. Underneath the coffee table, on the staircase, next to the computer chair. It's pretty impressive. When my closet starts looking emptier, I decide to gather my clothes from all over the place. Today was one of those days.
2. Biting my nails- I have had this bad habit for years and years, because of this, my hands look like a 5 year olds. Whenever I visit my dad, he still to this day, smacks my hands when I pull them up to bite my nails. It's kind of funny. I'll go on random spurts when I won't bite them for like 2 months but then I'll have a stressful assignment or watch an intense movie and it's all downhill.
3. Popping zits- Sorry if this grosses y'all out, but I think it's rather enjoyable. Anytime I see a zit coming to life on my face or my husbands, I attack it like a banchee. Leo used to think it was so painful, but now he is used to me poking at his face. Poor hubby. Hey, I put it under "BAD" habit, I'm not that proud of it.
Top 3 Good Habits
1. Dishes- I'm pretty good at staying on top of dishes. A dishwasher makes this pretty easy. Plus, it's rather satisfying to have clean counters.
2. Taking care of my stuff when I walk in the door- This might sound weird, but when I walk in, I put my backpack down, my purse on the hook, and my keys/cellphone on the shelf by the door. The reason I have discovered this being so useful is because we could put this under Leo's "bad" habit list. I love him dearly, but life would be a lot easier for him if he would take things out of his pockets and put them on the shelf. Otherwise they wind up in some weird spots.
3. Moisturizing my face- I used to not be good at this, but with the dry Utah air, I moisturize everyday and if I ever forget, it feels like my face can't move as well.
I have to tell y'all my current obsession for music. So, everyone needs to download Regina Spektor's new album, plus her song- Us, off the soundtrack- 500 Days of Summer. It's so good. Specifically the songs- Eet, Blue Lips, Folding Chair, Two Birds, and Genius of the Year.
